Hillel at SMU is your Jewish home away from home, a group for meaningful relationships, joyful Jewish celebrations, deep conversations, service, learning, and fun activities.
Under the leadership of our Director, Rabbi Heidi Coretz, our Student Board and our Advisory Board, Hillel at SMU is a thriving organization serving a population of over four hundred Jewish students at SMU. Some regular programs we offer include Bagel Mondays, Shabbat dinners, and Jewish holiday celebrations. Through our sacred work on campus, we endeavor to make a difference in the lives of our members as they strengthen the Jewish people and work to change the world.
Our 501(c)3 is responsible for raising all of our funds each year. Hillel at SMU is proudly supported by the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas, our Advisory Board, and other local foundations and donors, as well as our parents, alumni, students, and friends. We are so grateful to all who make this possible, as we proudly partner to continue to build the growing Jewish community at SMU. Pony up!
